Based on discussions with you, I believe this is sufficient information to support your review. Also, Vista believes these solvents meet the definition of "odorless light petroleum hydrocarbon" as specified in 21 CFR 172.884. Subsequently, Vista LPA would be listed by reference in 40 CFR 180.1001(c) and 180.1001(e). It is our understanding that this would put these solvents on List 3 of the Lists of Chemicals Used as Inert Ingredients in Pesticides.
