February 20, 1931 Seen by me today in company with his brother. Condition apparently much the same. Has not been able to do any work and has made no attempt to follow my advice by doing so. Has had grippe recently. Complains of headache, weakness, muscle pains in legs, cramps. Says he dreams, wakening in a "nervous shock". Sees yellow light in front of eyes, and is frightened. Recovers from this quickly. Eyes give him trouble, watering when he reads. Appetite good. Digestion good Weight normal. Blood pressure 125/78 Pulse 80 - regular and of good quality General condition normal so far as physical signs go. Reflexes somewhat variable. In general increased response. Haemoglobin 90.
