Dust and dirt p resent on brake assemblies and drums may contain asbestos fibers that can represent a potential health hazard vben made airborne by cleaning with com pressed air* Brake assemblies and drums should therefore be cleaned only with a vacuum cleaner suitable for use vlth asbestos fibers. This type of vacuum Is available through the Rotunda Dealer Equipment Catalog. Dust and dirt from the vacuum should be disposed of in a manner that prevents dust exposure.
Any tnft/Mn<ng done on brake linings or pads should be done
using properly exhaust ventilated equipment.
