Dear John:
The report on results of preliminary measurements of dust concentrations by B i L counter and membrane filter is enclosed. The data are very promising. 1 suggest that Felix go up to Port Alegany for another day or two to see if these results hold up on another occasion. If they do, Z would recommend purchase of the instrument.
Felix has assisted with the drawings, calculations and monitoring. His role in the project, as conceived, is over and a Silling for his work, as originally estimated (6600) is enclosed. It seems entirely proper to reimburse him at this time.
2'll be back at school on the afternoon of July 1.
Kindest personal regards.
Sincerely yours,
