Yunger Attached are the area summaries, summaries of excursions above 1, 5, 25 and 100 ppm VCM and a listing of all excursions observed at or above 100 ppm VCM. Graph #1 shows the percentage of readings above 1 and 5 ppm VCM for the Reactor Building, while Graph #11 shows the weekly VCM average for the Reactor Building and the Pilot Plant. Also attached is an analysis of the data found in Tables I - IV. The Plant was in operation seven days for this report period operating at about 94% utilization. Thirteen readings at or above 100 occurred during this report period reflecting nine separate incidents. Four incidents occurred in the Reactor Building affecting the center aisles 1st and 2nd floors. The remaining five incidents occurred in the Recovery Compressor Room.
