A TACB Asbestos Fee Form must be submitted along with the check. The fee is based on the amount of asbestos removed and ranges between $50-$7,500. The fee and form must accompany the notification report already required by EPA/TACB. The existing rules require notification 20 days prior to asbestos abatement; therefore, i need to be notified at least 25 days before any planned asbestos removal so a check can be prepared.
