Emmet Kelly, Medical Director Dear Dr. Kelly: Our department has been requested to investigate an alleged health hazard associated with the use of Pydroul-312 in an industrial plant in the Milwaukee area. In order that we may adequately evaluate the potential problem, if any, it is necessary that we obtain the chemical composition of this product. We are not interested in proprietory information, therefore, the per centage composition of the product will not be necessary. In addition, we would be interested in obtaining any toxicological data which you may have in connection with inhalation of the product. We would be in terested in the toxicity of this product when subjected to temperatures up to 1200 Fahrenheit. You may rest assured that all information with respect to the chemical composition will be held in the strictest of confidence and will be used for the purpose stated above.
