both uppers and in the left base. At the left base at this time are
noted some pleural changes lying immediately above the diaphragm; these
are not evident in the preceding film, #8894, taken 10/21//5. Lateral
projection also suggests some alteration in the left leaf of the dia-

phragm, some tendency to blunt the costophrenic sulcus. Changes are not evident in the earlier film. Attention is directed to the history which
indicates some pulmonary complaint and some change in the bowel habit. It
should also be noted that ventilation studies have been decreased slightly
over the previous study.

Mild prominence of the root areas, minimal increase in bronchovascular markings over the lower halves of both lung fields. Trachea in midline. Lateral projection does not demonstrate flattening of the diaphragms. Heart shadow has some broadening in the region of the thoracic aorta. The bony cage is not remarkable. No evidence of pleural dysplasia noted. Uiest x-ray is considered to be satisfactory for examinee's age ana compared with #8890, taken 10/21/75, in essence, no change.
