Within the article, it states: "The first $3 million of that federal funding pledge has been included in the Bureau of Reclamation's proposed budget for 2018." I didn't see any reference to the Sea in the budget release yesterday. I am hoping you can point me to confirmation of this request and any other specific program requests Reclamation is making for FY2018.
