This is a bit late but I noticed in comments for the record that you stated you had not read the endangerment finding or the record prepared in support of it. Could you clarify what your role was in the initial development of the endangerment finding, I understand you were at EPA for some very preliminary conversations about how to develop it, but no one I've talked to seems to quite remember the details. Do you expect you will have to read it if you are confirmed, given the formal petitions to review it that EPA has before it? I'm working on a brief article for tomorrow.
