Inasmuch as a long term health and safety program involves glass products other than fibrous glass duct systems, the Committee feels that jurisdiction should be turned over to the Health and Safety Committee.

C.E. Ernst reviewed the testing to date. The l" thick SB boar* positive pressure tests are to be completed by October 1, 1968 The T & R Committee (Duct Systems Committee) is to make recon mendations pertaining to the next phase of reinforcement test
The following testing sequence was agreed to:
1. 1" thick SD board-positive pressure 2. 1" thick SD bo&rd-negsitiYe pressure 3. lw thick HD board-positive pressure 4. 1" thick HD board-negative pressure

DUCT LINER & DUCT SYSTEMS SPECIFICATIONS
These specifications are to be given to GSA for consideration.
ROUGHNESS OF DUCT SYSTEMS & DUCT LINER The materials for testing are to be sent to PFG Labs, at Shelby, N.C.
ASHRAE EXHIBIT This subject was discussed and is to be finalized at the next Committee Meeting.
OTHER BUSINESS (a) With respect to the refusal of Local 223 of SMWIA to install
flexible and rigid round duct, it was agreed that the Com mittee will underwrite expenses involving litigation on this subject. (b) The next Committee Meeting vail be held at the Summit Hotel, New York, N.Y., on Wednesday, October l6, 1$68.
