ONCE THE DRUM IS FULL, A "Hazardous Waste" STICKER MUST BE PLACED ON THE BLUE DRUM. a. The contents of the drum and the unit identification must be written on the corner of the sticker. b. The proper D.O.T. shipping name-- Waste Flammable Liquid, n.o.s.. Flammable Liquid, UNI993, RQ (ETHYLENE DICHLORIDE, 1,1,2TRICHLOROETHANE) --must be written on the sticker. c. The EPA Waste Numbers F025 and (D003, D007, D008, D028, D039) must be written on the sticker. d. The accumulation start date (the date the drum is full and sealed) must be written on the sticker. -------- 5. A "FLAMMABLE LIQUID" STICKER MUST BE PLACED ON THE DRUM OR BE STENCILED ON THE DRUM WHEN ACCUMULATION STARTS. -------- 6. THE TE II MAINTENANCE FOREMAN MUST BE CONTACTED SO THAT THE DRUM CAN BE REMOVED. a. The drum must be removed from the area within 3 days after the accumulation start date . b.
