No facility representatives were present at the time of the inspection. Mr. Jerry Langley and Mr. Peanut Thompson were notified of the inspection. The inspection was conducted by the authority of the Clean Water Act (CWA) to determine compliance with Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) regulations. There were no other federal, state, or local agency representatives present at the time of the inspection. FACILITY DESCRIPTION EPA conducted a follow-up inspection on the Jerry Langley Oil Co., LLC / Meekins Lease Tank Battery, which contains an oil-water separator and three (3) storage tanks. Section II - OBSERVATIONS I observed the facility sign, secondary containment, oil-water separator, pipes and valves, and storage tanks located at the facility; see Appendix 1 (Photograph Log), Photo No. 1 and No. 2. For additional GPS location and photo metadata, see Appendix 1. I observed the transfer pipe on top of the secondary containment berm with a newly installed catch bucket at the pipe, see Photo No. 3. I observed the backside of the facility, and the secondary containment area was free of loose oil and leaks, see Photo No. 4. I observed overhead pipes to be supported to and from the storage tanks, see Photo No. 5. I observed the two (2) drainpipes for secondary containment to have screwcaps installed, see Photo No. 6. I observed the front of the facility, and the secondary containment area was free of loose oil and leaks, see Photo No. 7. Section III - AREAS OF CONCERN No closing conference was held due to no personnel with Jerry Langley Oil Co., LLC being present during the inspection.
