Gentlemen: Att: Medical Division URGENT I have recently been requested to care for a patient who has been exposed to a material manufactured by the MonSano Chemical Company. 1 would appreciate having whatever Information la available concerning the toxic properties of this substance. The material I am enquiring about has been Identified as "Pydraul-901, A-200". My patient states that he came in contact with fumes resulting from the combustion of this material when It had leaked Into an autoclave. His symptoms were choking sensation, coughing spells, end pain In the chest. On my examination there waa also evidence of e neuropathy. I would appreciate having a description of the Ingredients of this material, Its toxic potential when the Individual Is exposed directly or by Inhaling fumes caused by combustion at high temperatures.
