For the reasons set forth below, this Court lacks subject matter jurisdiction to consider the Motion. As Defendant is aware, tne Court has not retained any portion of this case. Pursuant to this Court's November 1, 2001 Order, all claims against the Debtor were transferred to the District Court in Delaware, and any remaining claims and causes of action were remanded. That Order was signed by the Court on November 7, 2001, docketed on November 9, 2001, and a certified copy was mailed to the state court on November 13, 2001.
