A presentation was made to PVC TSR's and Business Area regarding environmental impacts on the PVC business. 3. BFG settled an EPA/DOJ lawsuit on VCM emissions from its Calvert City Plant for $123M plus projects to prevent recurrence. 4. T. G. Grumbles attended The Management Process training, March 30 - April 3. 5. EPA was notified under TSCA 8(e) that groundwater contamination may have migrated beyond the fence line at LCVCM. 6. The EPA proposed new reportable quantities for several substances under Superfund. The materials manufactured, processed or used by Vista affected by this ruling include vinyl chloride, methyl chloride and benzene. A memo was sent to the Plant Environmental Coordinators. T. G.
