Agricultural stakeholders - ranchers, feedlot operators, dairies, farmers Members of Congress and/or staff County Commissioners
Background: He had EPA visit his ranch in 2015 during the WOTUS rollout when they promised it wouldn't impact agriculture and we know how that turned out. It will be great for the Administrator to do a repeat here except he's actually providing relief to Rural America.
