Mr. Smith la retired but worked with the three gentleman and has the most knowledge at this time. He was not in charge of any of the above items, he only worked in the planning group. Hr. Smith is on vacation until 8/9/93. X can find no one with personal knowledge for the 1965-77 time frame for item no. 1(a)-(c). Wally Henson stated that he goes back to approximately 1976 and although hs did not work in that department the procedures have not changed extensively over the years.
