Proposed Topics for the April Face to Face: Collaboration In Practice - Path to the next FPL Progress on the Initial FPL - Members sharing current efforts underfunded grants and lAAs New Grants System Update - Staff will provide update on efforts to replace RAAMS FPL Funding-Related Issues Needed Action: Poll for Additional Face to Face Meeting Dates in 2018: One item that does require your attention is participating in this new poll to indicate your availability for additional potential dates for in-person Steering Committee meetings through the end of the year. The previous poll had mixed results, so providing your availability in this new poll will help Council staff find the best dates for most. SEP Reminder: As a reminder, the Gulf Consortium has submitted its Stand-Up SEP (attached) for Chair approval. Members have until March 21, 2018 to submit comments to the Chair for consideration. Such comments should be limited to the completeness of the Stand-Up SEP and the four criteria described in Sections 4.1 and 4.2.2 of the SEP Guidelines.
