You will see when the schedule is published shortly - that all of you will be traveling on Monday, and that is due to the fact that the staff is advising us that will be their travel date.
Why the two advance teams? While we don't have a draft schedule for you yet - we do know that the Administrator is currently scheduled to arrive in Indianapolis Wednesday morning. (Commercial Airport Arrival). There will be a stop or stops in Indianapolis, likely with the Governor so that will help with obtaining assets, such as lead and tail, if appropriate.
Here's the mb - there will be a helo ride (likely a commercial aviation such as Signature or Atlantic) with the Governor down to Evansville.
There will be a pick up at the help drop - drive to stop or stops - with a commercial airport departure from Evansville to Denver.
Bottom line - Gail will be making flights and hotels, so at least you will get a BCD drop down. We will never get these travel authorizations approved - and Gail will have to back door the airline tickets.
Please keep an eye out for your BCD itinerary.
We will get you a draft schedule when we can - and your staff counterparts.

Events in Indianapolis - and then events in Evansville? It's apparently a three hour drive between them. He wouldn't want to drive three hours I can't imagine?
