Mr. B. G. Anderson Assistant Vice President Engineering Burlington-Northern 176 East 5th street St. Paul, Minnesota 55101
KEFEREJCX: Zonolite siding libby, Montana
Deax Mr. Anderson:
To comply with Air Pollution Control Regulations in the state of Montana, the Construction Products Division of W. S. Grace S Co. is proposing additional dust control facilities at its river load out station, located in Libby, Montana, this property, or right of ay, is owned by the Burlington-Northern and leased to W. R. Grace S Co. I believe the lease description of Chia property is known as Zonolite Siding.
Referring to the enclosed drawings, new control facilities will he added to the west aide of the existing structure and will be no closer to the track center line than existing structure.
Qua to an oversight on ay part, initial construction on this project was started before receiving prior approval from the Burlingtonnorthern. So that we say proceed on schedule, and be in full cost- plisnee with Montana Pollution Control Regulations, I would appreciate your approval as soon as possible.
Very truly yours,
