As requested in your letter to me dated July 10, 1986 with attachments I spent approximately one hour reviewing the Vaughn Interrogatories and the same amount of time discussing them with you by telephone. Under the terms of the agreement I should be paid $75. 00 for the work performed in July 1986 but die agreement was not in force in July 1986. Please advise me as to the proper action in this matter.
