We are excited to support this next phase in creating a pilot program that will result in essential benefits to communities impacted by abandoned mine lands. Separately, wanted to share the National Mining Association's letter opposing the petition for rulemaking filed with the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency on Feb. 8, 2021, which seeks the promulgation of certain rules pursuant to RCRA, TSCA, and the APA, related to phosphogypsum and process wastewater from phosphoric acid production. The Fertilizer Institute submitted a more extensive opposition response. I've attached their letter if you do not already have it.
