I think before we start the tour we can go into a room in the plant for all state officials to visit wth the Administrator. We have to put a time limit on it or they will talk all day. We have to prioritize our private time with him after the tour prior to departure because it has a huge potential to have a major impact on Missouri and our communities.

Good point. I think just having them at the event will be enough then.

Just a note...trying to talk on the tour will be difficult. It is very loud inside the plant. We will provide earplugs and headphones for hearing the person leading the tour. So conversing is difficult.

Concur with Derek but I think they can stand up front and/ or have special seating and certainly need to be recognized. Barry, Ashcroft had also asked my boss for a meeting....is there a way to work that in or should we just all the elected officials on the tour together and hope they can chat along the way? Derek, are you free to chat this AM?

My preference would be to limit speaking roles to the Administrator, members of Congress and of course you. The statewide should be recognized. Of course, I defer to Tate as she has final say.

Thank you. Just: as an FYI, Missouri Attorney General Josh Hawley and Missouri Secretary of State Jay Ashcroft have communicated with our office that they pian to attend the event next week. Not certain they need a speaking role, but if there is a stage we might want to include them on that. As of now, the Gov is not attending and is currently planning on meeting with Administrator Pruitt eariy morning on the 20th in Jefferson City.
