Business Manager - Appliances The B.F.Goodrich Co. Geon Vinyl Division 6100 Oak Tree Boulevard Cleveland, OH 44131
Dear Mr. Gray:
I have analyzed your 10/21/91 letter and attachments, regarding Geon 87241 White 126, at the request of Ms. Elizabeth Schwartz, GEA Material Resource Operation. I concur with Mr. Hinderer that stearic acid is not a toxicity problem.
Therefore, your letter and attachments satisfy the requirements of GE Appliances Toxicity Instruction P04E, so long as nothing is added to the material during molding.
Please forward a copy of your letter, along with a copy of this letter, to the Quality Control Manager at any GEA site where the aforementioned material may be used.
Yours very truly,
CjlH
