Losses averaged 6.3 #/day compared to 17.5 #/day of last month. D. Waste Treatment Effluent. Losses averaged <1.6 #/day compared to 10.1 #/day of last month. II. Project Status. Project 4438 "Reduce Water Plow to Sewer". The air blower was delivered. Estimated completion date of the project 1st quarter 197**. Project 820 "HC1 Off-gas Scrubber". Field construction started In October. New estimated completion date January 15, 197*1. III. Program Status. 1. HC1 Off-Gas. Results from the first 4 sampling periods were reviewed on 11/1/73 and indicate a problem In the area which includes the Rip Track and the PCB Drum Storage. This area is being Investigated further to determine and, if possible, correct the source. Minor contributions from other areas were also indicated.
