Lead may allow Trainee to charge under Lead's VERY close supervision* NOTE: Trainee is not to be left alone at any time during 1st and 2nd day* 2nd Day 6* Ask for questions and explain any that may be asked until you are sure Trainee completely understands all points brought up* 7* Allow Trainee to handle Charging Operator duties with Lead cldsely`~db'servihg~*all"actidns~and'correcting any mistakes and explaining again the correct procedures* 3rd Day 8* Have Trainee handle regular duties* Lead Operator will observe, gradually leaving Trainee to operate on his own* Lead Operator will be available in case any problems, arise* NOTE: As different situations occur, additional training will be necessary.
