Following review of the data received and our conversations, EPA has determined that Opportunity Homes is following the requirements of the RRP and Disclosure rule at this time and no further action is required. Please continue to comply with the LBP Disclosure Rule regulations and be aware that any future renovations at your apartments are subject to the RRP regulations and must be done in a manner compliant to the regulations.
