Ravenswood, WV 26164 Dear Mr. Galioto: There is evidence that exposure to asbestos dust substantially increases the risk of asbestosis, and certain cancers in workers with jobs in or near asbestos contaminated areas. By jointly recognizing these areas, the joint safety and health committees will be permitted to work more knowledgeably in creating a more healthful workplace.
