Both of these values were for 1624 Ibs/day. The Discharge Monitoring Report (DMR) indicates a value of 1631 Ibs/day. There was a non-compliance report submitted for a mercury violation of 4.5 lbs/day on January 2, 1991. Yet the January DMR did not reflect this violation. Please check your records. If a revised DMR is necessary, please forward it to me within five (5) working days. If a revised non-compliance report is necessary, please forward within the same timeframe. Your facility should take whatever remedial action is necessary to prevent the recurrence of the violations noted above.
