Since I received no response from you I have concluded that you have chosen to continue to use these fluids in your opera tions . Recently the Food and Drug Administration published in the Federal Register a final rule making order regulating the presence of poly chlorinated biphenyls (PCBs) in establishments processing animal feed, food-packaging material and food.
