There are a number of other articles in various stages of preparation, a number of which are very much more important than these. I will be glad to send them to you when they are complete. IVe have recently been studying the distribution of tetraethyl lead and some of the colloidal lead compounds, and at the same time have been studying the excretion where these various com pounds are used. These studies, I believe, will be of considerable importance. X am inclined to suspect that some of the lipoid soluble lead compounds might be very advan tageously used in cancer therapy provided their use can be properly controlled. With this idea in mind I have been studying the regular absorption through the skin, the rate at which they are broken down in the tissues into water soluble compounds, and the rate at which they are excreted. I hope to be able to publish material along this line within the next six months. I have read most of the papers that have appeared from your laboratories, but I would appre ciate it very much indeed if you would send me such reprints of your work a3 are available.
