Migraii pain is directly associated with excessive dilation of scalp arteries. Injection of serotonin, i powerful vasoconstrictor, makes the pain more bearable, Dr. Lance said at the ninth annual meeting of the American Association for the Study of Headache in Atlantic City, N.
