Elbe11 - #1 The original 'H' formula dated 6/2/72 was recalled since we decided to use phthalo green instead of chromium oxide for better exterior gloss retention. We are now issuing the Y-1861-H formula dated September 21, 1972. This formula has been made in the Cleveland Plant in a sand mill. Viscosity application, sag resistance, color match, gloss and dry were satisfactory, we are sending to Mr. Zibell's attention a brush-out of the 'h ' formula, P-2806. Since the pigmentation has been changed, we are asking him to review his color standard for possible metamerism. The pigment of the new 'H' formula is plithalo green, titanium dioxide, ferrite yellow and carbon black. JES/ab J. E. Southwick GL001E157
