RESULTS OF CALL: As previously reported ( R X dated 4/18/80) RCI decided to phase out the production of asbestos fil le d phenolic impounds. Original plan mbs to stop producing than bur the end o f I960 bet due to a few customer orders they were s t i l l making then this month. However, as the demand fo r these products has dropped, and as i t has also become a anion is s u e , they now plan to discontinue production no la te r tharf March 1 , 1981. Tentative arrangements were made to have then truck i t to our warehouse in Finderne, NJ and we would pay them the purchase price le ss 25X (11.0 - 2.75 8 .2 S {/ lb .) . Although i t i s not p a lle t shrink wrapped, f t is s t i l t to our advantage as our LTL price out o f warehouses i s presently ZBt/lb.
