Anchor Packing Company sold and/or distributed packing and
sealing products, some of which contain asbestos. Said products
were manufactured by others. Anchor Packing Company did not design
or manufacture asbestos containing products. Moreover, Anchor
Packing Company did not alter or change the chemical composition
of asbestos content or the products it sold and/or distributed.
In an attempt to comply with Court Order dated November 17, 19
Anchor Packing Company herewith identifies the products that it
sold and/or distributed that contain asbestos:

1. My name is JOHN W. GUFFEY, JR.
I an currently Group
President of Colt Industries and authorized to make this
affidavit on the Anchor Packing Company's behalf.
2. None of the current officers of the Anchor Packing
Company was employed or affiliated with the company during the
times upon which the information is sought in the foregoing
interrogatories, consequently, neither I nor any other officer
have personal knowledge of the facts stated in the foregoing
answers to interrogatories.
3. The facts contained int he foregoing answers to
Interrogatories have been investigated and documented over the
course of the past eight (8) years by numerous employees and
former officers of the company, that in some instances by
references to exact documents. The facts stated herein are true
to the best of my information and belief.
