GASTROINTESTIONAL SYSTEM: He denies any Gt complaints and denies feeling tired or weak. RENAL: He denies any urinary complaints., CARDIOVASCULAR: He denies shortness of breath* ankle edema or any discomfort in his chest. NEUROLOGICAL: He denies any neurological symptoms. Examination of the patient reveals no abnormal findings in the gums. There is no abdominal tenderness nor any abnormal findings. On neurological exaaination the achilles and patellar reflexes were normal. The Romberg test was normal. There was no evidence of a wrist drop. There was no impairment of sensations. The cardiovascular examination revealed the blood pressure Ito be 113/80 and the pulse rate was 72. The heart sounds were normal. r A review of the laboratory testing reveals some elevation of the BUN and oST the Creatinine. The results of the splrooetery would indicate the subject' is able to wear a respirator. The complete urinalysis and complete blood count were within normal limits. Fraa this examination and other tests it is ay opinion this employee may continue at work without increased risk or impairment of health from further exposure to lead.
