Ryan - hope all is well with you and you have had some time to enjoy the Summer along with the 24/7 work schedule you are keeping. I was writing to see if you might have time to sit down with members of the Halliburton iMPACT group which will be holding its DC Fly-in on Sept 27th .
The iMPACT group is comprised of the next generation of leaders within our company. These men and women are all high potential employees and represent a diverse segment of Halliburton's product service lines and the U.S. regions/district locations where we operate (OK, Houston, Denver, North Dakota). This year, 10 individuals will be participating in the Fly-in representing our production enhancement, cementing, landmark digital oil field, completion technologies, supply chain and consulting and project management service lines. They will be visiting with senior administration officials and members of Congress during their time in D.C.
The Halliburton team would welcome an opportunity to sit down with you and discuss the political and regulatory matters EPA is addressing along with your thoughts on ways iMPACT and Halliburton can assist in advancing the energy and environmental protection policy objectives of the Trump administration.

The group's itinerary is fairly open but we are able to meet with you anytime late morning Wednesday, Sept 27th until the early afternoon that day. I hope that your schedule will allow us an opportunity to visit. Jessica Franks copied on this email can work with your staff in finding a date and time that works for you.
Hope all is well and look forward to seeing you. Please give me or Jessica a call if you need more info or have questions.

Mandy and Ryan,
Thank you very much for taking the time to meet with John Donatiello, Chris and me yesterday. John was very impressed with the level of meetings we were able to provide and commented he has a new understanding for the work being done here in DC. We look forward to staying engaged and are happy to be a resource in your future efforts. We'll definitely keep you updated on upcoming projects and technologies that may be of interest.
Thanks again! I know how busy you both are and it was so kind of you to take the time.
Now, let's plan something fun!!
