Dear Rogers,
Due to the prevailing wage being paid in the Bishop area and in order i to attract qualified personnel, we are obliged to inform you that on Monday, ^ June 01, 1981, the attached Wage Rates for Bishop will become effective and
be incorporated in the Employment Classifications and Pay Rates, Exhibit "A" of our contract. This wage adjustment comes one month earlier than we prefer, but in order to hold the qualified people that we have and to replace those who have left for the higher wage, we must give this increase at this time.
