HEAT
Hastbllqy alloy C--a corrosion-resistant alloy--Is finding increased use where hlh operating temperatures are combined with corrosive conditions.
.Take heat-treating furnace parts, for example. For this service, metals must be strong at temperatures of 1600 to 1900 deg. F., must withstand the thermal shock of repeated quenching to room tempera* ture, and must resist the corrosive attack of furnace, gases. Because Hastblloy alloy meets these requirements so sue* cessfutly, it is used for conveyor chains and links, rails, buckets and trays, and mold flasks.
All four grades of Hastblloy alloy--A, B, C, and D--arc available In a variety of forms to meet your corrosion and hightemperature problems. For more com plete Information, ask to have a repre sentative call, or write for the booklet, "Hastblloy High-Strength, Nickel-Base, Corrosion-Resistant Alloys/'
