Dear Richard: Earlier this month the ERA issued a notice to withdraw the Clean Power Plan (CPP), a move the Global Energy Institute (GEI) supported. Suffocating energy producers with burdensome regulations and swamping states with federal mandates was not the answer to a cleaner energy future.
