The bill has passed the Senate and Is now in the Assembly where it will be heard in the Assembly Health Committee for the first time August 12, 1974 at 1:45 P.M., Room 2133, State Capitol Building. As we discussed, we should generate as much opposition at that Committee Meeting as possible, and in my opinion outside sources will be much more effective, such as Riverside Cement Company and the Cement Company Association, Asbestos Information Association, and possibly our Plant Managers. My letter to you dated June 24, 1974 gives the names of the Assemblymen who are on the Health Committee. I will wait to hear from you as to our course of action. P. J.
