My research into the state environmental budget shows a steady decrease in funds for Georgia in particular. The table in the above link shows a decrease in Georgia's natural spending since 2011. These facts lead me into the questions:
1. In your professional opinion, why are we seeing this decrease in natural resource spending? 2. Why does Georgia have significantly less natural resource spending than all of its neighboring states
