The in vestigation has been unler w y for quite seme time w th . analysis of glass, mineral and paper fibers .in lieu of asbestos. Also, many formulations have used no fiber at all, but making changes or additions to the gypsum are being analized. This program has been accelerated recently, and the reports are optimistic. I 'm sure you understand that proving a formulation meets all the aspects of cost, function, work ability, fire test approval, etc., is not an easy or over night jcb. .
