The fluid was purchased in 1963. The operating limit was 500F. The unit takes about 6-8 drums, however, the make up fluid is in drums which have been painted over and can no longer be identified. I suggested they draw a sample of this material so we could analyse it at St. Louis to ascertain whether it was FR fluid. 1 will pick up the sample on my next trip to Boeing and have this forwarded on to our laboratory.
