TRIBASE
TRIBASE, hydrous tribasic lead sulphate, is the most basic lead sulphate which can be produced. Its high degree of basicity should make it attractive in any application calling for a white, highly reactive, basic lead salt.
TRIBASE has a total lead content equivalent to 90% PbO and its available basic lead oxide content is 67.3%. In other words, TRIBASE is really the "white litharge" sought after by several industries.

Uses
Vinyl Stabilizer--TRIBASE is an excellent stabilizer for vinyl plastics. Its white color makes it readily adaptable in a wide variety of uses where stability to light, heat and moisture is important. The electrical characteristics of vinyl com pounds containing TRIBASE are exceptionally good.
Because of this combination of properties TRIBASE solves a big economical and production problem. It provides a very practical means of reducing the number of base compounds employed.
