Please give me a list of any items and associated costs that should be considered for inclusion in the 1984 PCB Issues Management Program. Particular emphasis should be on reviewing possible research projects, both in-house and contract projects, that we have discussed over the past year plus any additional projects which you feel could strengthen our public PCB position and litigation defense. I need your suggestions by July 15. If you have any questions or would like to discuss any items in more detail to crystallize your thoughts, please let me know as soon as possible so we can begin mulling our ideas over. J. H.
