Chemicals Management Guide

Reporting and Recordkeeping Requirements (Other TSCA Reporting Requirements). Updated to incorporate a discussion of the Working Guidance on the Environmental Protection Agency's Section 8(a) Information Gathering Rule on Nanomaterials in Commerce, released Aug. 14, which answers common questions regarding reporting and recordkeeping obligations for nanoscale substances. The guidance covers a variety of topics, such as which chemicals are reportable, who needs to report and when, what information needs to be included, and how to make confidentiality claims.

Oklahoma (Injury and Illness Reporting and Recordkeeping (OSHA 300 Log)). Updated to reduce the information that must be reported when filing injury and illness claims reports and to establish a schedule of fines for violations. Employers no longer will need to report experience modification rates, workers compensation premiums, and claims information.
