Since then ve have made a study of the time involved on the part of Mrs. Mayer and Tesy, and it appears that it would he only fair to request EEP to reimburse us tc the extent of $500 per year for Mrs. Mayer's tine cm the accounting work and $500 per year for Tony's time cm the reproduction work. I hope you will agree that this arrangement is equitable. We figured roughly this amounted to 100 copies per Abstract and ERP pays for this amount on the AZI bill for incoming abstracts.
