At the last EHP Executive Committee meeting I mentioned that the Yoluae of accounting and reproduction work vas in creasing to such a point that I thought the LIA might hove to mate seme charge to SRP for those services foar which no charge has previously been aade.
Since then ve have made a study of the time involved on the part of Mrs. Mayer and Tesy, and it appears that it would he only fair to request EEP to reimburse us tc the extent of $500 per year for Mrs. Mayer's tine cm the accounting work and $500 per year for Tony's time cm the reproduction work.
I hope you will agree that this arrangement is equitable.

LEAD ABSTRACTS
Original arrangements made with ERP - we put the names of all their committeemen, etc. on the mailing list for the LEAD ABSTRACTS. We figured roughly this amounted to 100 copies per Abstract and ERP pays for this amount on the AZI bill for incoming abstracts.
We.should bill ERP for postage on mailing and envelopes used - $2.62 per hundred postage and $.66 per hundred
for envelopes.
For~1963 the following mailings were made: Nov & Dec. 1962, Jan, Feb. Mar. Apr. May, June, July
