Dear Paul, Bruce and Steve: There is a possibility that the Edison Electric Institute ("EEI") 30(b)(6) deposition that is scheduled for Thursday, July 22, 1993, may not go forward as planned. EEI has advised us that it may choose to contest the subpoena. We are continuing to negotiate with EEI on this issue, but it is not clear whether ve can resolve it before Thursday.
